• You can schedule 123Greetings ecards to be sent immediately or up to 60 days in advance. Additionally, you can send one ecard to as many as 10 receivers at a time.

• Sometimes you may see a date difference of 1 day ahead or 1day behind in our date selection box as we follow PST timings.
• If you choose an ecard to be sent at a later date, you will be provided with an option to select the receiver country. The ecard will be delivered as per the selected country timezone.

• Our research shows that the most common reason for you not getting the confirmation email is due to a typo error in your email address.
• Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to change the sender's email address due to security reasons.
• If the email address was correct, then there is a possibility that the email we sent to you did not reach your email inbox or got filtered into your bulk/ spam folder. You can check in the Bulk mail folder and Junk/ Trash folder.
• A simple way to address this situation would be to add "ecards@123greetings.com" to your whitelist to ensure that the ecard email reaches your inbox when the next reminder email goes out.

• When you send an ecard through 123greetings.com, you have the option of getting notified when the receiver views the ecard.
• This option is by default set to yes so that you know when the ecard is viewed.
• When the receiver views the ecard, 123greetings.com will send you an email confirming the same.

• When you send an ecard through 123Greetings.com, you have the option of getting notified when the receiver views the ecard.
• This option by default is set to yes so that you know when the ecard is viewed.
• If you have not received the view confirmation email, then
  A. You unchecked the option 'Let me know when the receiver views this ecard' while sending the ecard.
  B. There is a typo in your own email address preventing the email from reaching you.
  C. The ecard has not been viewed yet.

• Upon successful creation or sending you will be shown a message saying the ecard has been sent/ stored successfully. You may tap on the button "View My Card" to view the ecard that you have sent.
• You may also view the ecard by tapping on the card link in the email notification that you have received.

• To send the same ecard to another recipient you can tap on the button "Send this card to someone else" and you will be redirected to the card sending page where you need to enter the sender details, recipient details, personalized message, select the date of delivery and tap on the "Send Ecard" button. That's it.

• We store ecards on our servers for a period of 30 days only.
• After that, they are moved offline to free up space for new cards.

• To view the ecard that you have received, just tap on the card link in the email notification that you have received.

• We would suggest you to check your audio settings for media volume not muted.
• Also note that for Animated/ Postcards music will not get played.

• In the handheld device there is a limitation of characters in displaying the entire text. However, you can view the entire ecard message on your desktop/ laptop.

• In order to send a thank you card to acknowledge the ecard received, just tap on the "Send a Thank You card" button present just below the ecard and you will be redirected to bunch of Thank You cards.
• You may also type Thank You on the search box and select an ecard of your choice if you do not like to send any from the selection that was offered in the above options.

• 123Greetings Connect is a service which will improve your card sending experience at 123greetings.com. It comes with the following features:
  1. Address Book- Add your contacts and use it while card sending. Store and access unlimited number of contacts inside address book allowing you to send ecards at the click of a button.
  2. Get birthday reminders/ anniversary reminders in advance.
  3. Get reminded of upcoming events and holidays.
  4. Get connected with your friends and family and share activity feeds with them.
  5. Track/ edit/ delete ecards you have sent in the last 30 days.
  6. Keep track of ecards you have received in the last 30 days.
  7. Schedule a Birthday/ Anniversary cards automatically.
• Invite your friends and family to join you on 123Greetings Connect. This allows you to stay connected with your friends and family.
• 123Greetings follows COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act guideline). You need to be over 13 years of age to register yourself for this service.

• We ask for your Date of Birth so that your registered friends on 123Greetings can get reminded on time and you can get warm wishes from on your birthday. Please note that we don't share your private information with others as per our Privacy Policy.

• Retrieve your lost password, by going to the login page of 123Greetings Connect, Click on the "Forgot Password" link, provide the email address you have registered with 123Greetings Connect and a mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
• In case you do not receive the email please check your Bulk / Spam mail folder. It is possible that this mail might go to your Bulk/ Spam folder due to various online filter setting.
• A simple way to address this situation would be adding "ecards@123greetings.com" to your Address Book or list of contacts to ensure that our email reaches your inbox or adding this email to your email whitelist.

• Profile Name field will not accept any special characters other than dot(.), underscore(_) and hyphen(-).

• You can upload your image by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect
• Go to 'Account Settings' menu.
• Click on "Change image" link present below the profile image box.
• Click on "Browse" button and select the image you want to be displayed and click on "Upload" button.
• That's it! You are done.
• Note: You can upload images with .gif, .jpg, .png, .bmp format/ extensions only and the maximum size for the image should not exceed 500 kb. Also, this image is used across the entire 123Greetings network and is visible to the public. We recommend that you upload images which are shareable by others and don't promote hatred or obscenity.

• 123greetings.com has designed its systems to ensure that users get their queries answered through our FAQ section. It has a wealth of information, and you should be able to find a solution to your problem with very little effort.
• If you don't find an answer to your question in the FAQ section, you can get in touch with our support team by using our online Contact Us form.

• In case you do not receive the email please check your Bulk/ Spam mail folder. It is possible that owing to various online filter settings this mail might go to your Bulk/ Spam mail folder.
• A simple way to address this situation is to add "ecards@123greetings.com" to your Address Book or list of contacts.
• If you have lost the verification mail then you can resend it yourself by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Under "Address Book" or "Account Settings" menu you will find a message with a Resend Verification Email link.
• Tap on the "Resend Verification email" link and a verification mail will be sent to you instantly.
• Tap on the link provided in the mail and your account will be verified in our system.

• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Go to 'Account Settings' menu.
• In the "Password Settings" block enter your old password.
• Now enter your new password.
• Confirm the new password by retyping the same again.
• Click on "Update" button and your password will be changed.

• You may opt for adding secondary email address to your 123Greetings Connect account for following reasons:
• If you have changed your existing email address.
• If you wish to use a different email address than the one you are currently using.

• You can link a secondary email address to your 123Greetings Connect account by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Go to 'Account Settings' menu.
• Make sure your account is verified with our system, incase not verified then verify the account to proceed for next step.
• Enter the secondary email address in "New Email Address" field present in "Email Settings" section.
• Enter your current password and click on 'Add' button.
• You will receive an email from 123Greetings.com in newly added email address to confirm your new email address as secondary email address.
• Once the new email address is verified, select this as your Primary email address, upon which you can login/ receive Birthday, Event reminders/ use address book / edit/delete/ track your ecards with the new email address.
• Points to be noted:
  Only registered and verified user of 123Greetings Connect can make use of this feature.
  You can only link one email address.
  You cannot create a separate account with your secondary email address.

• If you wish to remove the secondary email address from your 123Greetings Connect account, you can do so by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Go to 'Account Settings' menu.
• Select the secondary email address and click on the '(Remove)' link and click on 'Update' button.
• Once secondary email address is removed from your 123Greetings Connect account, you will start receiving all the mails in your primary email address.
• Upon removing secondary email address from your 123Greetings Connect you can use this email address to sign up with 123Greetings Connect if you wish to do so.

• Through the advanced tracking system of 123Greetings Connect you can see the exact status of the ecards that you have sent in the last 30 days. You also have the ability to edit or delete ecards that are yet to be viewed by the recipients.

To track an ecard that you have sent in last 30 days, please follow these instructions:

• Login or Sign up to 123Greetings Connect with the same email address that you used to send the ecard.
• Confirm your email address if you have not done so.
• Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Sent (Ecards Sent in the last 30 Days)" box, and you can see the exact status of the ecards that you have sent in the last 30 days.
• If you want to further drill down on the delivery status you can click on the track button

To edit an ecard please follow these instructions:

• Login or Sign up to 123Greetings Connect with the same email address that you have used to send the ecard.
• Confirm your email address, if you have not done so.
• Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Sent (Ecards Sent in the last 30 Days)" box.
• Click on the edit button
• Edit the desired fields and click on the "Save & Send Ecard" button and your ecard will be delivered with all the changes you have made.

To delete an ecard please follow these instructions:

• Login or Sign up to 123Greetings Connect with the same email address that you have used to send the ecard.
• Confirm your email address, if you have not done so.
• Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Sent (Ecards Sent in the last 30 Days)" box.
• Click on the delete button
• That's it.

You may follow the below instructions to setup an auto send function.

• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Go to "My Reminders" menu.
• From "Schedule Birthday/ Anniversary Cards Automatically" block, select the check box for "Send cards on my behalf to my friends on their: birthday". A popup with 3 most popular birthday cards will be shown to you if you select Birthday (You may also select ecards from other categories from the dropdown provided). Select the desired card, enter your personalized message and click on "Save" button.
• Follow the same procedure as above to auto send Anniversary ecards.
• That's it.
• Your cards will be sent to your friends automatically on their birthdays and anniversaries.
• In case, you want to remove the auto card send feature, just uncheck the box.

• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "My Reminder" tab and expand "Reminder List" box.
• Go to "Request Birthdays/ Anniversary by Email" block and follow the instructions mentioned.

• You can block a particular email address from sending you ecards either from "Receiver Dashboard" or from "Settings" option.

To block a particular email address from "Receiver Dashboard" follow these instructions:

• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Confirm your email address if you have not done so.
• Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Received (Ecards Received in the last 30 Days)" box. You can see all the ecards that you have received in the last 30 days.
• Locate the ecard you have received from the email address you want to block.
• Click on the Block button and you will get a popup message to confirm the blocking request.
• Upon clicking on "OK" button, the email address will be blocked from sending you ecards in the future. That's it.

To block a particular email address, from "Settings" option follow these instructions:

• Click on the "Add To Blocked List" link present in "Privacy Settings" box.
• Enter the email address from which you do not want to receive ecards and click on the "Add" button.
• That's it! You are done. You will no longer receive any ecard from the email address.
• If you want to continue receiving ecards from a blocked email address, you can unblock the same by clicking on the "Add to Block List" link and then clicking on the delete button present beside the email address.
• This will unblock the email address from sending you ecards.

Note: Blocking/ Unblocking process may take upto 24 hours to be effective.

• In order to delete your account you must login with the registered email address and password. After login to your account on the top right corner you will find your profile. On hover or click you will find the "Account Settings" tab. Clicking on the same will take you to the "Settings" page where you will find the "Account Deletion" tab with a link for Account Deletion. On clicking the link, a light box will appear with prefilled registered email address. You need to enter your password to authenticate and then click on the 'Delete My Account' button. Deletion process will begin and the page will be redirected to the Login page with the confirmation message "Account Deleted".
• A confirmation email will also be sent on completion of the deletion process.
• Please note that all the data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, which includes friends/ contacts, ecard dashboard details, activity details along with your personal details and these cannot be recovered once the account is deleted.
• You can still send/ receive ecards as a non-signed up user despite your account deletion. Once you delete your account you won't be receiving our Birthday/ Anniversary/ Event reminders or Newsletters/ Promotional emails unless you opt for the same in the future. You will be unable to send/ receive our ecard emails only if you have specifically chosen not to receive the same in your Connect 'Privacy Settings' option prior to deleting your account.

• Through the advanced tracking system of 123Greetings Connect you can see the exact status of the ecards that you have sent in the last 30 days. You also have the ability to edit or delete ecards that have not been viewed yet by the recipients.

To edit an ecard please follow these instructions:

• Login or Sign up to 123Greetings Connect with the same email address that you have used to send the ecard.
• Confirm your email address, if you have not done so.
• Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Sent (Ecards Sent in the last 30 Days)" box.
• Click on the edit button
• Edit the desired fields and click on the "Save & Send Ecard" button and your ecard will be delivered with all the changes you have made.
• Note: You can edit Receiver Name, Receiver email, Receiver Message, Delivery Date, of an ecard.

To delete an ecard please follow these instructions:

• Login or Sign up to 123Greetings Connect with the same email address that you have used to send the ecard.
• Confirm your email address, if you have not done so.
• Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Sent (Ecards Sent in the last 30 Days)" box.
• Click on the delete button
• That's it.

• Through the advanced tracking system of 123Greetings Connect you can edit Receiver Name, Receiver email address, Receiver Message, Delivery Date of an ecard if the card has not been viewed yet by the recipients.

To edit an ecard please follow these instructions:

• Login or Sign up to 123Greetings Connect with the same email address that you have used to send the ecard.
• Confirm your email address, if you have not done so.
• Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Sent (Ecards Sent in the last 30 Days)" box.
• Click on the edit button
• Edit the desired fields and click on the "Save & Send Ecard" button and your ecard will be delivered with all the changes you have made.

• Through the advanced tracking system of 123Greetings Connect you can see the exact status of the ecards that you have sent in the last 30 days.

• Click on the delete button

• Yes, you can send an email reminder to the recipient to view your ecard. To send an email reminder, follow these steps:
• Login in to 123Greetings Connect from the login option in the menu present in the top right hand corner.
• Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Sent (Ecards Sent in the last 30 Days)" box.
• You will find a "Send Reminder" button for ecards that have not been viewed by the recipient.
• To send an email reminder, click on the "Send Reminder" button once. You can send the reminder only once a day.
• Note: If you are not a Connect user Sign up with Connect, activate your account and follow the steps above.

• Through the advanced tracking system of 123Greetings Connect you can check all the ecards received by you in the last 30 days.
• To view all the ecards received in last 30 days please follow these instructions:
• Login in to 123Greetings Connect from the login option in the menu present in the top right hand corner.
• Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Received (Ecards Received in the last 30 Days)" box. You can see all the ecards that you have received in the last 30 days.

• No. We do not have an option to delete an ecard which you have received from Receiver dashboard. However, the ecards will be auto deleted from the dashboard after 30 days.

• Birthday Reminder service allows you to receive alerts in your inbox when your contact’s birthday is coming up. Once you receive an alert in your email, you can easily schedule the delivery of an ecard so that you never forget to wish your contact. Also, in the My Reminders section you can see the list of upcoming birthdays.
• It is free just like our service.

• You can get Birthday Reminders of your contacts by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "Address Book" tab and click on the "Edit" link present beside the contact whose birthday you would like to update. Enter/Update the "Date of Birth" field and click on "Save" button.
• You can also enter/ update the "DOB" field from "My Reminders" Page.
• However, if your contact is already registered in 123Greetings Connect, you will not be able to edit his/ her Date of Birth.
• Note: Please make sure that in "Settings" page you have selected the "Yes" option for "Send me an email reminder for my contact's birthday" present in "Birthday Reminder Settings" box. By default, the option is set to "Yes.

• You can change your Birthday Reminder settings by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on the "Settings" tab on the menu and go to "Birthday Reminder Settings" block. You can opt in or opt out of the reminders. Also, you can select the number of days in advance you want to get reminded of your contacts' birthdays.

• You will get reminders for upcoming birthdays for a maximum of 14 days in advance and a minimum of 1 day in advance. You also have the option to get a reminder on the date of the birthday.
• However, by default, we will send you the reminder 7 days in advance and also on the date of the birthday.
• You can change your Birthday Reminder Settings as per your convenience.

• You might not receive Birthday Reminders for any of the following reasons:
  1. The birthdays of your contacts are not set. You can easily set the birthdays by going to your Address Book, clicking on the "Edit" link of your contact, and updating the "Date of Birth" field. Please note that if your contact is already registered in 123Greetings Connect, you will not be able to edit his/ her Date of Birth.
  2. In the "Birthday Reminder Settings" box, if you have selected "No" for "Send me an email reminder for my contact's birthday".
  3. Owing to various online filter settings Birthday Reminder emails might go to your bulk/ spam mail folder. A simple way to address this situation is to add "ecards@123greetings.com" to your Address Book or list of contacts.

• If you don't want to receive Birthday Reminders please follow these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on the "Settings" tab on the menu.
• In "Birthday Reminder Settings" box you can find an option "Send me an email reminder for my contact's birthday:"
• Select the "No" option and click on the "Update" button. That's it! We won’t send any further Birthday Reminders to you.

• You will get Birthday Reminders at around 12:00 am of the geographical location of the place from where you signed up.
• Note: If you change the settings of your Birthday Reminders, the changes will take place in about 30 minutes.

• Yes. You can schedule a birthday ecard for a contact by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "My Reminders" tab where you can see all the upcoming birthdays within the next 60 days.
• Click on "Wish Now" button present beside the contact's name. This will take you to our birthday section of ecards.
• Choose your favorite ecard, add your personal message and delivery date.
• Click on "Send ecard" button.
• That's it! Your ecard will be stored in our servers and will be delivered to the recipient on the scheduled delivery date.

• You can edit the Date of Birth of an unregistered contact by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "Address Book" tab.
• Expand the link for the option "All Contact".
• Click on the "Edit" link located beside the contact you wish to edit.
• Enter the correct Date of Birth and click on the "Save" button.
• You can also enter/ update the "DOB" field from "My Reminders" Page.
• Note: If your contact is already registered with 123Greetings Connect then you cannot edit his/ her Date of Birth.

• Yes. You can receive Birthday reminders in an email address other than your registered email address if you link your secondary email address with your 123Greetings Connect account.

• You can get a Birthday Reminders in advance and also on the day by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Go to settings page or "My Reminders" tab and you can find a "Birthday Reminder Settings" box.
• Select the desired number of days in advance you would like to get reminded about your contacts birthday.
• Check the "Remind me also on the day" option.
• Click on "Update" button.
• Note: By default you will get a reminder 7 days in advance and also on the date of the birthday.

• Anniversary Reminder service allows you to receive alerts in your inbox when your contact’s anniversary is coming up. • Yes. You can schedule an anniversary ecard for a contact by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "My Reminders" page where you can see all the upcoming anniversaries within the next 60 days.
• Click on "Wish Now" link present beside the contact's name. This will take you to our anniversary section of ecards.
• Choose the desired ecard, add your personal message and delivery date.
• Click on "Send ecard". button.
• That's it! Your ecard will be stored in our servers and will be delivered to the recipient on the scheduled delivery date.

• You can edit the Date of Anniversary of an unregistered contact by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "Address Book" tab.
• Expand the link for the option "All Contacts".
• Click on the "Edit" link located beside the contact you wish to edit.
• Enter the correct Date of Anniversary and click on the "Save" button.
• You can also enter/ update the "Date of Anniversary" field from "My Reminders" tab.
• Note: If your contact is already registered with 123Greetings Connect then you cannot edit his/ her Date of Anniversary.

• An Event is a holiday, festival, or a significant occasion that is celebrated or observed by a group of people. For example, an event can be New Year, Christmas, Ramadan or Friendship Day. More than 400 such events are listed on 123greetings.com.
• Event Reminder service allows you to receive alerts in your inbox whenever any of your selected event is coming up. Once you receive an alert in your email, you can easily schedule the delivery of an ecard so that you don’t forget to wish your contact.
• You can select the events for which you would like to be reminded from the "Events" tab in 123Greetings Connect.
• Expand the link for the option "All Contacts".
• It is free just like all our other services.

• You can start getting Event Reminders by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "Events" tab.
• Select the Event Category from "Step 1: Select Event Categories" Box.
• Select the desired Events from "Step 2: Select Events" box.
• Click on "Save The Selected Events To My Events" button.

• You can remove an event from My Events list by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "Events" tab.
• Click on the delete button present beside the event name in "My Events" box.
• That's it. You are done! You will no longer receive reminders for the event you have deleted.
• Note: You can click on the "Remove All Events" link at the bottom of the “My Events” box to delete all your events.

• Currently there are more than 400 events listed at 123greetings.com. These events are grouped into categories.
• Selecting an Event Category helps you to narrow down the events for which you would like to be reminded. For example, when you select 'Major US Events' in Event Categories, you can select events such as "Father's Day", "Mother's Day", etc
• Note: By default, "Major US Events" is selected. If you change the Event Categories, and revisit the page, the previously selected Event Categories will remain saved.

• You can schedule an ecard for an event to your contact by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "Events" tab.
• Click on the desired event name listed in "My Event" box
• You will then be taken to the event category page with all the available cards for that category.
• Choose your favorite ecard; add your personal message and delivery date.
• Select the contacts from your Address Book.
• Click on the "Send ecard" button.
• That's it. Your ecard will be delivered to the recipient on the scheduled delivery date.

• You can get reminders for Events for a maximum of 14 days in advance and a minimum of 1 day in advance. You also have the option to get a reminder on the date of the event.
• However, by default, we will send you the reminder 7 days in advance and also on the date of the event.

• You might not receive Event Reminders for any of the following reasons:
  1. You have not selected the Events for which you would like to get reminded. You can easily select the Events by going to the "Events" tab and following the instructions given on that page.
  2. In the "Settings" page inside the "Event Reminder Settings" box you have selected "No" for "Send me an email reminder for Upcoming Events".
  3. Owing to various online filter settings Event Reminder emails might go to your bulk/ spam mail folder. A simple way to address this situation is to add "ecards@123greetings.com" to your Address Book or list of contacts.

• If you don't want to receive Event Reminders please follow these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on the "Settings" tab on the menu.
• In the "Event Reminder Settings" box you will find an option "Send me an email reminder for Upcoming Events".
• Select the "No" option and click on the "Update" button. That's it! You will no longer get reminders for events.

• You can change your Event Reminder settings by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on the "Settings" tab on the menu and go to "Event Reminder Settings" block. You can opt in or opt out of the reminders. Also, you can select the number of days in advance you want to get reminded of an Event.

• Follow Artist is a feature in 123Greetings Connect which allows you to follow your favorite artists and get notifications whenever they upload new ecards on our website.
• You can follow your favorite artist by following these instructions:
• Login or Sign up to 123Greetings Connect.
• Confirm your email address if you have not done so.
• Click on "Artists" tab expand "Artist you may like to follow" link.
• Click on the "Follow" button to follow your favorite artist.
• That's it!
• Start following your favorite artists now to stay updated.

• You can stop following artists at any point of time by following these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on "Unfollow" link present beside the artist from "Artist you are following" box.
• You will no longer receive updates for the artist you have unfollowed.

• Connect users can follow their favorite artists. By doing so, they receive weekly updates of the ecards that have been uploaded by the artists whom they follow. This allows users to see and send the latest cards of their favorite artists.
• However, if you don't want to receive weekly updates for the artists you are following, then please follow these instructions:
• Login to 123Greetings Connect.
• Click on the "Settings" option present in top right hand corner of the page.
• In "Follow Artist Settings" box you can find an option "Send me weekly updates of the artists I follow:"
• Select the "No" option and click on the "Update" button. That's it! You won't receive any further weekly updates of the artists from 123Greetings.com.

• 123Greetings Address Book is a feature that collects and remembers the names and email addresses of all the people you send an ecard to, so that you can send them an ecard in the future again at the click of a button, rather than spending time remembering and re-typing their email addresses.
• The new 123Greetings Address Book allows you to add contacts manually or import them from various sources.

• No, 123Greetings Address Book is free just like our service. So, add as many contacts as you want and send as many ecards to them as much as you want by using the Address Book conveniently.

a. Add Manually:

• You can add contacts to your Address book by
• Log in to 123Greetings Connect from the login option in the menu present in the top right hand corner.
• Go to "Address Book" from the menu where you will see "Add a Friend" tab. Click on the same.
• Simply, enter the details of the contacts and click on "Save" button.

b. Import contacts from other websites:

• You can import contacts from other websites like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and Rediff and store them on 123Greetings for using them while sending cards to your near and dear ones.

• Contact name field will not accept any special characters other than dot(.), underscore(_), '(Single Quote) and hyphen(-).

• Log in to 123Greetings Connect from the login option in the menu present in the top right hand corner.
• Click on Address Book section.
• You may edit the contact from "All Contacts" tab.
• Click on the edit link located beside the contact you wish to edit.
• Note: You can edit only unregistered user's contact details.
• Click on save button once information has been edited.
• You may delete the contact from either "Friend List" or from "All Contacts" tab.
• To delete a contact please click on the delete button located beside the contact you wish to delete.

• Block/ Unblock User: If you want to block a particular email address from sending you an ecard then click on "Add to Block List" button and enter the email address which you want to block and click on "Add" Button. You will no longer receive an ecards from this email address.
• Click on "Save" button to save the changes.
• In case if you want to receive ecards from any of these email addresses, you can unblock them by clicking on the "Add to Block List" link and then clicking on the delete button present beside the email address.
