    m.123greetings.com makes it quick & easy for you to send an ecard in just 3 easy steps.
    Just select ecard of your choice, add your personal message with the sending information. Once you personalize your ecard just tap on the "Send Ecard" button to send your ecard and we'll deliver it for you.
    You can schedule 123Greetings ecards to be sent immediately or up to 60 days in advance. Additionally, you can send one ecard to as many as 10 receivers at a time.

  6. Why there is a date difference in the date selection box?
    Sometimes you may see a date difference of 1 day ahead or 1day behind in our date selection box as we follow PST timings.
    If you choose an ecard to be sent at a later date, you will be provided with an option to select the receiver country. The ecard will be delivered as per the selected country timezone.
    However, if you don't select a country, then the ecard is sent based on PST time.

    Upon successful creation or sending you will be shown a message saying the ecard has been sent/ stored successfully.
    You will also receive an email notification confirming the card creation/ card delivery.

  9. Why I have not received the email confirmation saying my card is sent?
    An email notification is sent to you the moment you create an ecard (even if it is scheduled for a post dated delivery).
    Our research shows that the most common reason for you not getting the confirmation email is due to a typo error in your email address.
    Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to change the sender's email address due to security reasons.
    If the email address was correct, then there is a possibility that the email we sent to you did not reach your email inbox or got filtered into your bulk/ spam folder. You can check in the Bulk mail folder and Junk/ Trash folder.
    A simple way to address this situation would be to add "ecards@123greetings.com" to your whitelist to ensure that the ecard email reaches your inbox when the next reminder email goes out.

  10. How do I know that the card I sent has been viewed?
    When you send an ecard through 123greetings.com, you have the option of getting notified when the receiver views the ecard.
    This option is by default set to yes so that you know when the ecard is viewed.
    When the receiver views the ecard, 123greetings.com will send you an email confirming the same.

  11. Why I have not received the email confirmation saying the card I sent was viewed?
    When you send an ecard through 123Greetings.com, you have the option of getting notified when the receiver views the ecard.
    This option by default is set to yes so that you know when the ecard is viewed.
    If you have not received the view confirmation email, then
    A. You unchecked the option 'Let me know when the receiver views this ecard' while sending the ecard.
    B. There is a typo in your own email address preventing the email from reaching you.
    C. The ecard has not been viewed yet.

    Upon successful creation or sending you will be shown a message saying the ecard has been sent/ stored successfully. You may tap on the button "View My Card" to view the ecard that you have sent.

    To send the same ecard to another recipient you can tap on the button "Send this card to someone else" and you will be redirected to the card sending page where you need to enter the sender details, recipient details, personalized message, select the date of delivery and tap on the "Send Ecard" button.     We store ecards on our servers for a period of 30 days only.
    After that, they are moved offline to free up space for new cards.

    In order to send a thank you card to acknowledge the ecard received, just tap on the "Send a Thank You card" button present just below the ecard and you will be redirected to bunch of Thank You cards.
    You may also type Thank You on the search box and select an ecard of your choice if you do not like to send any from the selection that was offered in the above options.

    123Greetings Connect is a service which will improve your card sending experience at 123greetings.com. It comes with the following features:
    1. Address Book- Add your contacts and use it while card sending. Store and access unlimited number of contacts inside address book allowing you to send ecards at the click of a button.
    2. Get birthday reminders/ anniversary reminders in advance.
    3. Get reminded of upcoming events and holidays.
    4. Get connected with your friends and family and share activity feeds with them.
    5. Track/ edit/ delete ecards you have sent in the last 30 days.
    6. Keep track of ecards you have received in the last 30 days.
    7. Schedule a Birthday/ Anniversary cards automatically.
    Invite your friends and family to join you on 123Greetings Connect. This allows you to stay connected with your friends and family.
    123Greetings follows COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act guideline). You need to be over 13 years of age to register yourself for this service.

    We ask for your Date of Birth so that your registered friends on 123Greetings can get reminded on time and you can get warm wishes from on your birthday. Please note that we don't share your private information with others as per our Privacy Policy.

    Retrieve your lost password, by going to the login page of 123Greetings Connect, Click on the "Forgot Password" link, provide the email address you have registered with 123Greetings Connect and a mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
    In case you do not receive the email please check your Bulk / Spam mail folder. It is possible that this mail might go to your Bulk/ Spam folder due to various online filter setting.
    A simple way to address this situation would be adding "ecards@123greetings.com" to your Address Book or list of contacts to ensure that our email reaches your inbox or adding this email to your email whitelist.

    Profile Name field will not accept any special characters other than dot(.), underscore(_) and hyphen(-).

    You can upload your image by following these instructions:

    Go to 'Account Settings' menu.
    Click on "Change image" link present below the profile image box.
    Click on "Browse" button and select the image you want to be displayed and click on "Upload" button.
    That's it! You are done.
    Note: You can upload images with .gif, .jpg, .png, .bmp format/ extensions only and the maximum size for the image should not exceed 500 kb. Also, this image is used across the entire 123Greetings network and is visible to the public. We recommend that you upload images which are shareable by others and don't promote hatred or obscenity.

    A simple way to address this situation is to add "ecards@123greetings.com" to your Address Book or list of contacts.
    If you have lost the verification mail then you can resend it yourself by following these instructions:
    Login to 123Greetings Connect.
    Under "Address Book" or "Account Settings" menu you will find a message with a Resend Verification Email link.
    Tap on the "Resend Verification email" link and a verification mail will be sent to you instantly.
    Tap on the link provided in the mail and your account will be verified in our system.

    Login to 123Greetings Connect.
    Go to 'Account Settings' menu.
    In the "Password Settings" block enter your old password.
    Now enter your new password.
    Confirm the new password by retyping the same again.

    You may opt for adding secondary email address to your 123Greetings Connect account for following reasons:
    If you have changed your existing email address.

  10. How do I link a secondary email address to my 123Greetings Connect account?
    You can link a secondary email address to your 123Greetings Connect account by following these instructions:
    Login to 123Greetings Connect.
    Go to 'Account Settings' menu.
    Make sure your account is verified with our system, incase not verified then verify the account to proceed for next step.
    Enter the secondary email address in "New Email Address" field present in "Email Settings" section.
    Enter your current password and click on 'Add' button.
    You will receive an email from 123Greetings.com in newly added email address to confirm your new email address as secondary email address.
    Once the new email address is verified, select this as your Primary email address, upon which you can login/ receive Birthday, Event reminders/ use address book / edit/delete/ track your ecards with the new email address.
    Points to be noted:
    Only registered and verified user of 123Greetings Connect can make use of this feature.
    You can only link one email address.
    You cannot create a separate account with your secondary email address.

  11. How do I remove the secondary email address from my 123Greetings Connect account?
    If you wish to remove the secondary email address from your 123Greetings Connect account, you can do so by following these instructions:
    Login to 123Greetings Connect.
    Go to 'Account Settings' menu.
    Select the secondary email address and click on the '(Remove)' link and click on 'Update' button.
    Once secondary email address is removed from your 123Greetings Connect account, you will start receiving all the mails in your primary email address.
    Upon removing secondary email address from your 123Greetings Connect you can use this email address to sign up with 123Greetings Connect if you wish to do so.

    Login or Sign up to 123Greetings Connect with the same email address that you used to send the ecard.
    Confirm your email address if you have not done so.
    Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Sent (Ecards Sent in the last 30 Days)" box, and you can see the exact status of the ecards that you have sent in the last 30 days.
    If you want to further drill down on the delivery status you can click on the track button
    To edit an ecard please follow these instructions:
    Login or Sign up to 123Greetings Connect with the same email address that you have used to send the ecard.
    Confirm your email address, if you have not done so.

  13. How can I schedule Birthday/ Anniversary cards automatically?
    You may follow the below instructions to setup an auto send function.
    Login to 123Greetings Connect.
    Go to "My Reminders" menu.
    From "Schedule Birthday/ Anniversary Cards Automatically" block, select the check box for "Send cards on my behalf to my friends on their: birthday". A popup with 3 most popular birthday cards will be shown to you if you select Birthday (You may also select ecards from other categories from the dropdown provided). Select the desired card, enter your personalized message and click on "Save" button.
    Follow the same procedure as above to auto send Anniversary ecards.
    That's it.
    Your cards will be sent to your friends automatically on their birthdays and anniversaries.
    In case, you want to remove the auto card send feature, just uncheck the box.

    Login to 123Greetings Connect.
    Click on "My Reminder" tab and expand "Reminder List" box.
    Go to "Request Birthdays/ Anniversary by Email" block and follow the instructions mentioned.

  15. How do I block/ unblock a particular email id from sending me ecards?
    You can block a particular email address from sending you ecards either from "Receiver Dashboard" or from "Settings" option.
    To block a particular email address from "Receiver Dashboard" follow these instructions:
    Login to 123Greetings Connect.
    Confirm your email address if you have not done so.
    Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Received (Ecards Received in the last 30 Days)" box. You can see all the ecards that you have received in the last 30 days.
    Locate the ecard you have received from the email address you want to block.
    Click on the Block button and you will get a popup message to confirm the blocking request.
    Upon clicking on "OK" button, the email address will be blocked from sending you ecards in the future. That's it.
    To block a particular email address, from "Settings" option follow these instructions:
    Click on the "Add To Blocked List" link present in "Privacy Settings" box.
    Enter the email address from which you do not want to receive ecards and click on the "Add" button.
    That's it! You are done. You will no longer receive any ecard from the email address.
    If you want to continue receiving ecards from a blocked email address, you can unblock the same by clicking on the "Add to Block List" link and then clicking on the delete button present beside the email address.
    This will unblock the email address from sending you ecards.
    Note: Blocking/ Unblocking process may take upto 24 hours to be effective.

  16. How do I Delete or Deactivate my Account from 123greetings.com?
    In order to delete your account you must login with the registered email address and password. After login to your account on the top right corner you will find your profile. On hover or click you will find the "Account Settings" tab. Clicking on the same will take you to the "Settings" page where you will find the "Account Deletion" tab with a link for Account Deletion. On clicking the link, a light box will appear with prefilled registered email address. You need to enter your password to authenticate and then click on the 'Delete My Account' button. Deletion process will begin and the page will be redirected to the Login page with the confirmation message "Account Deleted".
    A confirmation email will also be sent on completion of the deletion process.
    Please note that all the data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, which includes friends/ contacts, ecard dashboard details, activity details along with your personal details and these cannot be recovered once the account is deleted.
    You can still send/ receive ecards as a non-signed up user despite your account deletion. Once you delete your account you won't be receiving our Birthday/ Anniversary/ Event reminders or Newsletters/ Promotional emails unless you opt for the same in the future. You will be unable to send/ receive our ecard emails only if you have specifically chosen not to receive the same in your Connect 'Privacy Settings' option prior to deleting your account.

    Yes, you can send an email reminder to the recipient to view your ecard. To send an email reminder, follow these steps:
    Login in to 123Greetings Connect from the login option in the menu present in the top right hand corner.
    Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Sent (Ecards Sent in the last 30 Days)" box.
    You will find a "Send Reminder" button for ecards that have not been viewed by the recipient.
    To send an email reminder, click on the "Send Reminder" button once. You can send the reminder only once a day.
    Note: If you are not a Connect user Sign up with Connect, activate your account and follow the steps above.

    Click on "My ecards" section and expand "Received (Ecards Received in the last 30 Days)" box. You can see all the ecards that you have received in the last 30 days.

    No. We do not have an option to delete an ecard which you have received from Receiver dashboard. However, the ecards will be auto deleted from the dashboard after 30 days.

    Birthday Reminder service allows you to receive alerts in your inbox when your contact’s birthday is coming up. Once you receive an alert in your email, you can easily schedule the delivery of an ecard so that you never forget to wish your contact. Also, in the My Reminders section you can see the list of upcoming birthdays.
    It is free just like our service.

  2. How can I get Birthday Reminders of my contacts?
    You can get Birthday Reminders of your contacts by following these instructions:
    Login to 123Greetings Connect.
    Click on "Address Book" tab and click on the "Edit" link present beside the contact whose birthday you would like to update.
    Enter/Update the "Date of Birth" field and click on "Save" button.

    Verify your email address if you have not done so.
    Go to 'Account Settings' menu and click on "Privacy Settings" block where you see following options.
    Do Not Disturb: Upon opting this you will not receive any ecards/mail notifications/reminders etc. from 123greetings.com except our newsletters/promotional emails.
    No Newsletter/ Promotional Offers: Upon opting this you will stop receiving Newsletters/Promotional emails from 123Greetings.com except ecards.
    Block/ Unblock User: If you want to block a particular email address from sending you an ecard then click on "Add to Block List" button and enter the email address which you want to block and click on "Add" Button. You will no longer receive an ecards from this email address.
    Click on "Save" button to save the changes.
    In case if you want to receive ecards from any of these email addresses, you can unblock them by clicking on the "Add to Block List" link and then clicking on the delete button present beside the email address.
